Job Description

Hassan & Hussain Enterprises, a leading construction and renovation company, is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and optimize our operational processes. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure the smooth execution of renovation projects, and streamline workflows to enhance productivity. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on project efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of renovation and construction projects.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that all work is completed within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor resource allocation, materials procurement, and logistics to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Track project progress through reporting systems and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Address operational challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or renovation industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in resource management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
