eSpark Consulting Group is seeking enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills who will be required to work in a time-bound environment, ensuring that appointment calls are provided with the best quality. You will be responsible for meeting personal and team targets in a friendly environment with numerous growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Offer assistance and support patiently.
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.

Working Hours: 6-8 Hours
Timings: 6 PM to 12 AM

Salary: 20k basic and 3K punctual allowance
Commission: 10k to 25k (depending on the number of qualified bookings)
