Location: Onsite – Canal Gardens, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-spectrum digital marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Canal Gardens, Lahore. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge and practical experience across all key areas of digital marketing and be capable of creating and executing data-driven campaigns that generate measurable results. You will work directly with senior management to build brand authority, drive traffic, generate leads, and convert audiences into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, user acquisition, and ROI.

- Manage and optimize all digital channels including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter), email marketing, and affiliate networks.

- Lead content strategy and production, ensuring SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, product/service descriptions, and social content.

- Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) from planning to performance analysis.

- Conduct regular website and funnel performance audits (using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and implement improvements.

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).

- Monitor, track, and report on KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI for all campaigns.

- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure digital competitiveness.

- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to create cohesive and effective marketing messages.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's is a plus).

- Proven 3+ years of practical experience in a digital marketing managerial role.

Solid experience in:

- SEO (on-page and off-page)

- Google Ads & Analytics

- Facebook & Instagram Ad Manager

- Performance tracking tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

- Email marketing software (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

- WordPress or other CMS platforms

- Social media content planning and engagement

- Strong analytical mindset and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

- Experience in financial services, tech, SaaS, or B2B marketing is a plus.
