RoleWe are seeking a Technical Presales who can bridge the gap between technology and business, providing solution expertise, proposal development, and client engagement support to win new opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pre-sales, requirements gathering, estimations, creating presentations drafting proposal, within IT services.
- Strong knowledge of application development, cloud services, AI and consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Adaptability to AI-powered tools and modern collaboration platforms to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes and bid compliance best practices.
- Skilled in preparing technical presentations and conducting client demos.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research market trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborative approach to working with sales, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure feasible and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose tailored IT service solutions.
- Conduct requirement analysis and prepare solution overviews, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Assist in developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) or demos in coordination with delivery teams.
- Work with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
- Develop compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, Scope of Work (SoWs), and other bid documents in line with client requirements and compliance standards.
- Create persuasive technical content that highlights service offerings, capabilities, and differentiators.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of proposal templates, case studies, and technical collateral for reuse.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and relevant technical inputs.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen proposals.
- Support business development efforts through preparation of marketing collateral, solution briefs, and capability decks.
