We are excited to welcome enthusiastic trainees in Contour Software Client Care Service Line. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in IT/Customer/Technical support. You don't need prior experience—just a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Start by learning how to log and track customer issues through phone and email in Incident Management Systems.
  • Work alongside experienced team members to assist with diagnosing and resolving software-related issues.
  • Learn how to provide basic technical help to customers and ensure their problems are resolved quickly.
  • Participate in monitoring softwares and systems, helping prevent issues before they arise.
  • Develop time management skills as you learn to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (Service Level Agreements or SLAs).
  • Collaborate with different teams, including support, development, and testing teams, to learn how solutions are delivered.
  • Gain hands-on experience assisting with software releases and service configuration.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (we're open to any graduate with a keen interest in IT).
  • Curiosity about how different operating systems work (Windows, iOS, Linux) – no need for expertise, just a desire to learn.
  • Willingness to develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you work with customers and team members.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in building your technical skills from the ground up.
