We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager Resilience Standards and Embedding.

Principal responsibilities

  1. Develop Strategy and Standards: Drive and support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the operational resilience strategy, standards, and procedures. Drive integration and alignment of operational resilience lifecycle into the Risk and Control framework.
  2. Review, assess, and update operational resilience procedures in line with emerging regulation and industry best practices. Mature operational resilience capabilities, simplify processes, and ensure efficiency.
  3. Build relationships across the Bank to understand resilience priorities and challenges. Promote a consistent embedding approach, optimizing for local priorities.
  4. Support the development of objectives and key results to measure resilience. Report on resilience OKRs across value streams and lifecycle adherence.
  5. Drive incident analysis and thematic reviews. Create and maintain resilience design patterns.
  6. Maintain library of artefacts for regulatory compliance.
  7. Provide SME support to execute activities aligned with Group Standards, including documentation of customer value chains, impact tolerance statements, threat intelligence, and Business Continuity Plans.
  8. Develop and deliver training content to embed operational resilience strategy and standards.
  9. Collaborate with Risk Management and Control Office to embed resilience into decision-making frameworks.
  10. Work with Technology to identify tooling opportunities and with Business Architecture to align definitions, streamlining regulatory language.
  11. Support regulatory engagement, audits, and supervisory reviews. Contribute to consultations and build external relationships for resilience.
