Position Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: Lahore – Pakistan

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our detergent division. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding distribution networks, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong FMCG market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure effective product placement, display, and availability in the market.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and competitor activities.
  • Assist in negotiating trade terms, schemes, and promotional activities.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback to suggest improvements in sales strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute trade promotions and brand-building activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer accounts, and market data.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development within FMCG/Detergent or Consumer Goods Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales channels and distribution networks.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and market development.
