  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.
  6. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Provide regular financial reports to the Sales Director and other senior management.
  7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Provide regular status reports to the Sales Director and other key stakeholders.
Position Requirements
  1. Diploma/ Degree in any field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry. Deep knowledge and network in semiconductor, life sciences or medical market.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  5. An excellent collaborator who influences and creates executive interest for a company's solutions and offerings to drive local and regional growth.
  6. Self-driven and result oriented with excellent presentation, communication, planning and interpersonal skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
