Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is required.
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to oversee our full-cycle recruiting process within the Human Resources Department. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To excel in this role, you should develop long-term recruiting strategies and build trusting relationships with potential hires. This will ultimately lead to creating strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a keen understanding of organizational roles, are essential.
Job SpecificationResponsibilities:
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to identify staffing needs and determine requirements.
- Determine and establish selection criteria.
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
- Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Develop job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect each position's requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Suggest innovative ideas for enhancing talent acquisition activities.
