We are currently seeking a Manager Data & Analytics to join us. In this role, you will assist the Associate Business Director - Digital & Data in quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and delivering insights to innovate our work at Mindshare. You will support media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance and conducting tests and trials.

Goals in this role:

In three months:

  • Understand client requirements and portfolios.
  • Use data tools to provide strategic solutions.

In six months:

  • Gain technical knowledge of data and analytics tools and models to add value towards business goals.
  • Establish good communication with internal stakeholders.

In 12 months:

  • Start working on core KPIs.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in the pipeline.
Daily responsibilities:
  • Understand internal stakeholder needs, solve problems using data, and translate data into insights.
  • Support analytics agendas impacting campaigns.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and optimize campaigns.
  • Become proficient with systems and tools within GroupM and the industry.
  • Build internal relationships across disciplines and countries.
  • Analyze data, find insights, and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate on developing new tools and solutions.
  • Support reporting for clients and audit external tools to expand market knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Strong affinity for numbers, analysis, and skills in Excel/G-sheet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in querying languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
  • Experience creating dashboards (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling (seasonality, attribution, etc.) and statistical/programming languages (Python, R).
Minimum qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in media/marketing data and analytics.
