We are seeking a diligent and organized professional to join our team in managing data and generating reports. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data processing and management, with strong attention to detail for quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving data from supervisors for preparation and entry into the data processing system.
  • Entering data to update reports and standards promulgated by the organization.
  • Responding to data inquiries in compliance with established procedures.
  • Accessing files through knowledge of computer terminal and manual file systems.
  • Compiling different reports for other programs based on available data.
  • Updating and entering data into the data processing system and printing copies for review.
  • Performing related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support for other programs as necessary.
  • Performing quality control checks on information data and removing erroneous information.
  • Working on special assignments as needed.
