Job Overview:

The Business Development Consultant is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving sales, and fostering relationships with potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, business expansion, and service diversification, with a primary focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client onboarding and service delivery. The Consultant will work directly with the Country Manager and collaborate with the internal recruitment team to meet the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and onboard new clients, expanding the company's client base in Pakistan.
    • Present and pitch the company's recruitment and other services to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring successful business partnerships.
    • Achieve sales and recruitment targets by consistently bringing in new business.
  2. Collaboration and Service Delivery:
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services to onboarded clients.
    • Manage relationships with clients post-onboarding to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
  3. KPI-Driven Performance:
    • Meet or exceed the KPIs, including revenue generation from client onboarding, successful placements, and service expansion.
    • Monitor progress against KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes.
  4. Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to the Country Manager.
    • Work under the direction of the Country Manager and ensure full compliance with all company directives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to business growth.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred
