Responsibilities- Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure retention and growth
- Understand key customer needs and propose solutions accordingly
- Expand relationships with existing customers and meet or exceed sales objectives
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Achieve sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Train customers on product lines and marketing programs
- Manage bids and participate in sales promotion activities
- Utilize relationship selling to grow customer businesses
- Resolve product issues promptly
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on credit issues
- Participate in opportunity mapping and vendor meetings
- Update CRM records regularly
Prepare weekly reports and participate in quarterly reviews, maintaining accurate records for management.
- Deep industry knowledge, motivated, organized
- Familiarity with Arwen's solutions and MS Office; strong account management skills
- Reliable, responsible, and driven to exceed sales targets
- Ability to present and negotiate with decision-makers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years in related fields, preferably in IT sales or system integration
- Experience managing major accounts at the national level
- Proven sales experience, team player, goal-oriented
- Knowledge of enterprise management, initiative, and presentation skills
