Key Account Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
- Build and nurture long-term business relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to the leadership team to drive strategic decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Business).
- 2-3 years of experience in the oil & gas, shipping, or power sector, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at various levels of the organization.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and projects effectively.
- A keen ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
