About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach and Email Campaign Associate to support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role involves identifying and connecting with potential leads on LinkedIn, managing outreach sequences, and executing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential prospects on LinkedIn based on ideal client profiles.
  2. Craft and send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  3. Build and manage outreach sequences using LinkedIn automation or CRM platforms.
  4. Coordinate and execute outbound email campaigns using platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
  5. Monitor responses, track performance metrics, and adjust messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with overall campaigns.
  7. Maintain clean records of leads, communications, and campaign performance in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
  2. Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for personalization and tone.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools, email campaign platforms (such as Apollo, HubSpot), and LinkedIn automation tools.
  4. Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  5. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience working in a B2B tech, SaaS, or design services environment.
  2. Understanding of sales funnels, cold outreach strategies, and lead nurturing.
  3. Graphic design or copywriting skills for improving email and message quality.
