Job Title: Deputy Chief Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Deputy Chief Manager. This position plays a pivotal part in managing and resolving consumer complaints.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, with experience in reviewing responses on consumer complaints received from relevant authorities.
  • They will also be responsible for evaluating Passing Unregistered Gas (PUG) complaints, taking necessary actions to resolve these complaints according to standard rules and regulations.
  • Additionally, they will oversee cases of gas theft claims, obtaining relevant documents to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Key responsibilities include justifying billings, preparing responses for OGRA, and supporting documentation efforts.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with departments to provide feedback and maintain case files for future reference.
  • Furthermore, they will implement measures to improve the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management, ensuring that regulatory and statutory obligations are met.
  • Regular status updates will be provided to complainants, respondents, and higher management as appropriate, throughout ongoing case resolution processes.
Requirements:
  • CA/ACMA or ACCA/MBA qualification with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of rules and regulations related to consumer complaints and regulatory frameworks.
