Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist with a strong background in SAP integration, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and application security. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and support cutting-edge e-commerce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide day-to-day application support for SAP integrations and troubleshooting.
  2. Manage, optimize, and support cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  3. Collaborate with teams to deploy and maintain e-commerce solutions.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows, Linux, PHP, .Net environments.
  5. Ensure system performance, reliability, and security are consistently maintained.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in application support, with hands-on experience in SAP integration.
  3. Certifications in AWS, Azure, and/or Application Security are highly desirable.
  4. Strong knowledge of modern e-commerce frameworks & platforms.
  5. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, PHP, .Net.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
