Soluxia Energy is a leading solar installation company in Pakistan, dedicated to providing innovative and cost-effective solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by identifying key business opportunities and building relationships. The goal is to meet or exceed the annual quota and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline and foster long-term relationships with prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate sales.
- Contact potential clients virtually and through site visits.
- Develop annual sales strategies and set goals.
- Utilize sales tools and resources to identify leads and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with sales leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing sales.
Compensation
- Base pay plus commission-based opportunity.
- Mid-Senior level
