**Job Title:** Software Engineering ManagerJob Summary:

As a seasoned software engineering manager, you will lead a team of engineers to drive engineering excellence and ensure timely, quality results. Your role will involve overseeing daily development activities, managing team performance, resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers across various projects, leveraging your technical expertise to guide them towards successful outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering solutions that are not only scalable but also meet quality and timeliness expectations.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps, ensuring everyone is aligned towards the same objectives.
  • Set team goals, monitor progress, and uphold high technical standards, driving continuous improvement within the team.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top engineering talent as needed, to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Implement and optimize engineering processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, helping them grow professionally.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
  • A strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Experience working in a software services company, with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
