Position Purpose:
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive with strong communication & experience with the US region to join our team. The candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of mid-level experience in the service industry, freelance platforms experience such as Upwork would be a plus. Exceptional writing skills are paramount for this role.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:
  • 6+ months of relevant experience with US Client communication and generating business through platforms.
  • Experience with Freelancing platforms would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Craft personalized and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs and project scopes.
  • Analyze client requirements and suggest effective, customized bidding strategies to improve win rates.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential clients across multiple platforms.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strong pitching, negotiation, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication with professionalism and clarity.
  • Ensure smooth and timely interactions with clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute B2B sales strategies and email marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and build relationships with high-value prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and updates using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and client engagement metrics.
  • Handle post-sale communication and assist with project handover to relevant teams for execution.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, client communication, or business development—preferably within a software or digital services company.
  • Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) and a strong understanding of proposal crafting and bidding techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools for B2B outreach.
  • Experience in email marketing campaigns and CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand technical services/solutions and explain them clearly to potential clients.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team to meet KPIs.
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify new leads across various industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
