About the Role:

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative with exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to be the voice of the company. If you love making people feel heard, understood, and supported — we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective support with a customer-first approach
  • Record and manage customer interactions using internal CRM tools
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex queries
  • Follow communication procedures and company guidelines
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in customer support or a call center is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is an advantage

Shift Timings:

  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Aligned with UK Time)
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Females only)
