  • Variation Claim Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis of construction variation claims, including rate verification.
  • Project Valuation: Performing regular valuations of work through site measurements, in progress assessments, and completed work evaluations.
  • Value Enhancement: Applying value engineering principles to propose cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
  • Minimum five years of experience in construction management. Preference given to candidates with experience in reputable firms.
