Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in G15 Islamabad for an Upwork Bidder. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting compelling proposals, and managing bids on the Upwork platform. The role involves consistent communication with clients, maintaining bid records, and strategically planning to increase the win rate of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with Upwork and similar freelance platforms
- Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills
- Excellent client relationship management
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Relevant experience in business development or sales is a plus
