About HuwdeTech:

We help businesses enhance their online presence, user experience, and brand identity through innovative and efficient solutions. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an Upwork Bidder to help drive growth and secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and projects related to WordPress, Shopify, SEO, UI/UX design, and graphic design on Upwork.
  • Create customized proposals to attract and win new projects in these domains.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project requirements and timelines.
  • Track and report progress of ongoing bids and projects to improve future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in WordPress, Shopify, SEO, and design to optimize bidding efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding, preferably for WordPress, Shopify, SEO, UI/UX design, or graphic design projects.
  • Strong written communication skills to craft compelling proposals.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience with proposal writing, client negotiation, and project management.
  • Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and eCommerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed and grow.
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based commission (5% to 15%).
