Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Specialist

Location: Onsite. Bahria Town Phase 4 Rawalpindi

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork (and potentially other freelance platforms), crafting compelling proposals, and securing projects for the company. Your primary goal is to convert leads into clients by showcasing our expertise and aligning with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and submit custom, persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the bidding process to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables before bidding.
  • Track submitted proposals, follow up with clients, and maintain a CRM or spreadsheet of prospects.
  • Handle client communications (chat/messages) on Upwork until the deal is closed.
  • Collaborate with project managers to smoothly hand over confirmed projects.
  • Maintain awareness of current market trends, competition, and best practices on Upwork.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms (preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
  • Ability to read job descriptions carefully and respond appropriately.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of project estimation and proposal writing.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
