Job Overview:

We are looking for an expert Upwork bidder to join our dynamic team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Upwork profiles, crafting compelling proposals, and winning projects that align with our core competencies. If you have a proven track record of success on Upwork and a deep understanding of the IT services industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profile Management: Optimize our Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and attract top-tier clients. Ensure that our profiles reflect our brand's expertise and value proposition.
  • Bid and Proposal Management: Research and identify lucrative project opportunities in the IT services sector on Upwork. Develop, customize, and submit winning proposals that clearly demonstrate our capabilities. Tailor proposals to meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze bid performance and client feedback. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve our win rate.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients, manage communications, and nurture relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to gather all necessary information for project proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated success as an Upwork bidder, particularly in winning projects within the IT services or related technical fields.
  • Skills: Exceptional written communication and proposal writing skills. Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with Upwork's platform mechanics, including algorithm trends and profile optimization strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the IT services sector; a technical background is highly desirable.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
