BAT GBS PAKISTAN IS LOOKING FOR A BRAND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE - CONTRACTUAL

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The Brand Development Associate is primarily responsible for delivering NPI projects on time, enabling the organization to meet its cycle plan and maintain a relevant and competitive portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • End-to-end delivery of all NPI projects, including follow-ups and project management with NPI managers.
  • Ensuring project agility by working with NPI managers to identify opportunities to meet desired timelines, even if it requires stretching standard SLAs.
  • Managing the project management system for NPI projects, ensuring all projects are tracked correctly.
  • Generating analysis for senior management regarding NPI progress and management.
  • Owning the adaptation of packaging AW based on guidelines from strategic brand groups.
  • Following up on packaging AW adaptations with relevant parties.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, brand roles, or a related supply chain role.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and extract insights.
  • Flexible, reliable team player committed to the best interests of the department and company.
  • A degree in Marketing or Business Management.
