Overview

We are looking for a Detail-oriented and Tech-savvy Documentation and IT Assistant to support our operations at Port Qasim. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of office documentation, data entry, and IT support functions. This role is suitable for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience, who are eager to grow in an administrative and IT support environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, manage, and organize documentation, reports, and filing systems.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondences.
  • Provide basic IT support, such as troubleshooting software/hardware issues and assisting with office equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation flow.
  • Assist in maintaining backup files and documentation security.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and formats.
  • Perform any additional administrative or IT-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Intermediate or BBA (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in documentation, data entry, or IT assistance roles.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Monthly Salary: Rs. 37,000
  • Job Type: Full-time
