
Communications Officer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Communication Officer to manage and streamline our digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to emails, messages, and DMs, assigning leads to the relevant teams, and ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to emails, inquiries, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and respond to messages and DMs on social media and other communication platforms.
- Assign leads to the relevant teams, ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Maintain and update lead tracking systems and databases.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Draft and proofread responses, announcements, and other communications as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Generate reports on communication activities and response times.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in email management tools (Gmail, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
