General Office Coordinator Job Description

Ary Communications (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated General Office Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling administration functions, with a strong understanding of computers and excellent command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Administration Tasks: The candidate will supervise and coordinate various administration tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
  2. Maintain Company Assets: The individual will maintain accurate records of company assets, ensuring their proper use and upkeep.
  3. Support Departmental Activities: The candidate will provide coordination and support to various departments within the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  4. Ensure Government Compliance: The successful candidate will ensure statutory compliance with government agencies, handling Electricity and Service Tax requirements as per applicable laws.
  5. Manage Outsourcing Contractors: The individual will supervise and manage outsourcing contractors, including security, travel, housekeeping, and other services.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree
  • Experience in handling administration functions
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Excellent command of English
