Job Title: Office Administration Manager

Ary Communications (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to oversee the administration functions of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all office and administrative functions, including guest arrangements, telephone/mobile bills, and other related tasks.

  1. Company Asset Management: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating records of company assets, ensuring their proper use and upkeep.
  2. Administration Support: The individual will provide coordination and support to various departments within the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  3. Employee Attendance and Leave Records: The candidate will maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave, ensuring timely data submission for salary preparation.
  4. Government Compliance: The successful candidate will ensure statutory compliance with government agencies, handling Electricity and Service Tax requirements as per applicable laws.
  5. Outsourcing Contractors: The individual will supervise and manage outsourcing contractors, including security, travel, housekeeping, and other services.
  6. Purchasing: The candidate will handle purchasing activities, ensuring that all procurements are made in accordance with company policies.
  7. Accounting Functions: The individual will have exposure to general accounting functions, including bill clearance and voucher preparation.
  8. Expatriate Support: The candidate will provide support to expatriates as needed, ensuring a smooth working experience.
  9. Office Maintenance: The successful candidate will maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the office.
