Lube House is an Authorized Distributor of Parco Genvor Limited (Formerly Total Parco Pakistan ), specializing in industrial lubricants and greases. We work with leading industries across Pakistan, helping them optimize performance through world-class lubrication solutions.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Lahore.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, assisting with technical issues, and engineering sales processes. Daily tasks include working closely with customers to understand their lubrication needs, offering technical solutions, managing sales processes, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage B2B sales relationships with industrial clients.
  • Conduct regular client and site visits to assess lubrication needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demos.
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams for product application support.
  • Education: Mechanical, Chemical, or Mechatronics Engineer (Preferably UET graduate).
  • Experience:
  • 4–5 years total, with at least 2 years in production/technical role and 3 years in B2B sales.
  • Experience in industrial lubricants will be highly preferred.
  • Location: Lahore-based (preferred)
  • Strong B2B negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in Industrial Lubricants
  • Technical problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
