Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to join our Home Automation team. The role requires both technical expertise and sales acumen to promote, design, and deliver customized automation solutions using premium brands like ORVIBO, Mtronic, and other smart home systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of automation devices, wiring configurations, system integration, and customer requirement mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for home automation solutions (residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors).
  • Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and propose appropriate automation solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including wiring diagrams, product specifications, and cost breakdowns.
  • Recommend suitable hardware and software options from ORVIBO, Mtronic, and other partner brands.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical demonstrations and training to clients on automation systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest home automation technologies, products, and integration methods.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in home automation, electrical systems, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of smart home solutions, networking, and control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ORVIBO, Mtronic, or similar brands preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus.
