The role of Sales and Technical Support Specialist is to provide exceptional support to clients in understanding and utilizing our products and services.
This involves demonstrating products, providing training, and conducting presentations to clients.
Additionally, the position requires establishing new business relationships, liaising with existing clients, and negotiating contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or electronics engineering, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and establish new business opportunities
- Provide demonstrations, training, and presentations to clients
- Liaise with existing clients to ensure their needs are met
- Negotiate contracts and terms and conditions
- Review cost and sales performance
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations
- Support other members of the sales team by training them in product usage
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software
