What You Will Be Doing

  • Spearhead the AI revolution in our finance department by crafting intelligent systems that automate everything from billing to compliance
  • Harness the power of LLMs and cutting-edge automation to transform NetSuite and Ramp into self-operating powerhouses
  • Engineer foolproof systems for managing tuition, ESA payments, and tax documentation that scale effortlessly
  • Develop bulletproof financial reporting mechanisms that can handle multiple education ventures simultaneously
  • Pioneer innovative solutions that enable billion-dollar growth without expanding the finance team

Regional Financial Controller Key Responsibilities

Your mission: Create an AI-powered financial ecosystem that can independently manage multiple billion-dollar education ventures with zero human intervention. This is about building the future of automated financial management.

Basic Requirements
  • Hold a prestigious financial qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Proven track record in finance/accounting at a $100M+ organization
  • Deep audit expertise: either 5+ years at a top 10 firm or survived 5+ audits as the auditee
  • Battle-tested experience with enterprise-grade ERP systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern AI tools in professional settings
  • Your time zone must fall between UTC-8 and UTC+3

Nice-to-have Requirements
  • Inside knowledge of U.S. K-12 education landscape (private, charter, ESA programs)
  • Track record of creating AI-powered financial automation systems
  • Experience navigating complex multi-entity, cross-border financial operations

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
