
Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:
- Receive queries from all mediums (UAN and Social Media) and provide accurate, professional, and satisfactory responses.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
- Generate queries through CRM.
- Generate warranty claims when necessary.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Make sales and mature queries from customers who are only seeking information.
- Record details in an MS-Excel based call log sheet after each call.
- Maintain awareness of service rates and applicable charges, providing accurate information to customers promptly. Preliminary technical knowledge of services should also be readily available.
- Friendly and pleasant manner.
- Typing and word processing skills.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
