Responsibilities:

  • Receive queries from all mediums (UAN and Social Media) and provide accurate, professional, and satisfactory responses.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
  • Generate queries through CRM.
  • Generate warranty claims when necessary.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Make sales and mature queries from customers who are only seeking information.
  • Record details in an MS-Excel based call log sheet after each call.
  • Maintain awareness of service rates and applicable charges, providing accurate information to customers promptly. Preliminary technical knowledge of services should also be readily available.
