Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Centric Tech. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer service, training, and sales management to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Analyse sales trends and new sales techniques. Also, avail new sales possibilities to expand the volume of sales

Facilitate clients and provide detailed information on services, quotations, prices, and time of delivery to clients.

Dealing with day-to-day client issues and meeting their needs.

Following up with new clients to improve revenue.

Must be able to communicate effectively verbally.

Qualifications:

Strong command of written communication skills

Sales and Sales Management skills

At least 2-year experience

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

Strong command of written communication skills

Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
