Motion UI Designer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Motion UI Designer to enhance user experiences through engaging motion graphics, animations, and transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing and interactive motion designs that effectively communicate functionality and bring interfaces to life.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion into digital products.
  • Translate static designs into engaging motion concepts and prototypes using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle.
  • Promote motion design as an integral part of the overall user experience and interface strategy.
  • Evaluate the usability and accessibility of motion designs to ensure they meet high standards.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent motion design system aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative development cycles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in motion design, UI animation, or interaction design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion design in digital products.
  • Proficiency in motion tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, Figma (with prototyping), and Lottie.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
