We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, and data-focused individual to oversee & play a vital role in our sales operations as National Distribution and support Officer. The candidate will be at Head office based and reporting to Manager Customer Services.
What We Ask
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business BBA/MBA
- 3:5 years of experience in reports/Support Function & Data management within an FMCG
- Excellent analytical communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills(Since this is National role in support function, so expecting late sitting on needs basis)

Vacancy Description
- Creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in octane and SAP for On-Invoice & Off-Invoice claims to ensure accurate tracking of allocation & budgets.
- Processing and validation of off-invoice claims for assigned region.
- Provide support to customer finance in the accurate and timely posting of brand wise accruals posting.
- Distributor final settlement as per company polices
- Collaborate with Shopper Marketing for resolution and alignment of budget related matter.
- Support Marketing to resolve CRM complaints with coordination of field team.
- Support region to resolve their distributor related issues pending at HO.
