The Business Analyst is part of the Services team, a group of highly motivated specialists ensuring smooth implementation of our product at customer locations. The team provides product training and support services to customers and partners, tackling unique project challenges with quick thinking and effective solutions.

Our Services consultants collaborate with partners and customers worldwide, developing, teaching, supporting, and leading teams to deliver our enterprise solutions successfully.

Reporting directly to the Chapter Lead of the Services EMEA Hub, you will play a key role in analyzing, capturing, and prioritizing requirements for customer experience initiatives, helping clients realize their vision and translating it into actionable project backlogs within time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Gather, define, and prioritize project requirements in collaboration with clients.
  2. Conduct requirements workshops to define business needs.
  3. Write functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories.
  4. Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement changes.
  5. Act as 'product owner' to guide the team towards project success.
  6. Serve as a trusted consultant to clients and partners.

Candidate profile:

You should be an excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels, with organizational and cultural sensitivity.

Skills & knowledge:

Essential:

  • University degree (preferably in business or IT).
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in digital banking.
  • At least 5 years of client-facing experience.
  • Experience in requirements management and process modeling.
  • Knowledge of development methodologies like SCRUM, RUP, Kanban, Waterfall.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Perseverance and pragmatism in solving complex problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
  • Flexibility regarding work location and willingness to travel frequently, sometimes for extended periods.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience with Digital Banking.
  • Familiarity with requirement management and project management tools.
