About the role:

Your Impactful Goals will include:

To efficiently manage the Sourcing function, covering responsibilities to achieve financial targets, develop and execute category strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and ensure effective contract management of Tower Infrastructure.

Your Typical day at work
  • Deliver Tower Infrastructure Sourcing ambitions, ensuring compliance with company policies within the assigned category.
  • Support the development and execution of the Tower Infrastructure Sourcing Strategy to achieve savings and KPIs.
  • Engage regularly with users to understand requirements and develop action plans.
  • Maintain professional relations with vendors, stay informed about market trends, and apply insights for the company's benefit.
  • Assess vendor financial worth, propose risk mitigation, and analyze TCO for informed decisions.
  • Negotiate with vendors and recommend awards based on TCO.
  • Manage post-contract issues, execute SRM programs, and resolve disputes.
  • Contribute to the Forecasting process by verifying contractual and budgetary data.
  • Report savings using the Sievo tool and coordinate with relevant teams for updates.
  • Ensure accurate spend data mapping in Sievo and utilize analytics for sourcing initiatives.
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce sourcing timelines.
  • Handle post-contract issues resolution collaboratively with stakeholders.
What we are looking for?

Education: Bachelor's Degree; Master's or MBA preferred from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 5 years, with prior experience in Network Sourcing and exposure to Tower Infrastructure preferred.
