Job Overview:

Dispatch Officer Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Officer to coordinate and control work from other departments, ensuring seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office administrative procedures, evaluating and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist the O&M Technician or Coordinator with network monitoring, trouble ticket handling, and related tasks, providing timely support.
  • Gather data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide 24/7 network surveillance, monitoring, and reporting, escalating incidents as needed, to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Dispatch O&M Field Technicians to network elements according to trouble tickets or preventive/corrective schedules, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Follow up with O&M Field Technicians on pending trouble tickets or preventive tasks assigned, verifying completion and quality.
  • Update all TTs in i-TSM/WEM, maintaining up-to-date records for efficient reference.
  • Obtain feedback from O&M Field Technicians for corrective/emergency and preventive maintenance work or other tasks assigned, and inform the respective manager according to process, fostering collaboration.
  • Capture data from field sources, insert into client ticket tools and i eng database (O&M portal), ensuring data accuracy, and generating relevant reports, providing valuable insights.
  • Prepare daily shift NOC and other reports as per guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Maintain a high level of client service as expected by superiors, delivering exceptional support and satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing timely, courteous, and professional assistance, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Closed TTs with actual RCA, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage Access/PMR/CM WO, overseeing workflow and resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles, demonstrating expertise and proficiency.
  • Minimum HND in Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of electrical systems and network management.
