About the Role:

We are looking forhighly motivated, results-driven Telesales Representativeswith excellent spoken English and a proven track record in outbound sales to join our growing team. You will be sellingSpectrum, Comcast, COX and other leading telecom servicesto SMB across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
  • Sell telecom solutions, clearly communicating features and benefits
  • Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate packages
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections confidently and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM systems/Sales Pipeline Sheets
  • Follow compliance and quality standards during every call
  • Collaborate with team leaders and QA for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum2 years of outbound telesales experiencetargetingU.S. customers
  • Exceptional command ofspoken English— neutral or American accent preferred
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Proven success in closing sales over the phone
  • Familiarity with telecom products and services
  • Comfortable working night shifts and hitting aggressive targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets and dialing systems
