Performance Marketing Specialist

We're hiring This is an exciting opportunity to shape how performance marketing drives real business impact. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will combine creativity with data-driven strategies, ensuring precision in every click, conversion, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and copy
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices
  • Coordinate with SEO, content, and analytics teams for integrated growth strategies
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager to measure impact
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital metrics
  • Proficiency with platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities to manage deadlines and campaigns
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are advantageous
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce or Webflow
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or email marketing tools
