Senior Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Coordinator – Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. You will act as a central communication point between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners while driving operational excellence in marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
2. Oversee daily marketing activities, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
3. Track project milestones, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports and presentations for leadership.
4. Develop and manage project timelines, workflows, and task assignments to optimize efficiency and productivity.
5. Facilitate cross-functional communication, serving as a liaison between marketing, design, sales, engineering, and product teams.
6. Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, risks, or inefficiencies by implementing process improvements.
7. Organize and document key meetings, including setting agendas, capturing Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and ensuring follow-ups on action items.
8. Assist in budget management by tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective marketing operations.
9. Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
10. Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, marketing department processes, and industry best practices.
11. Assist in planning and executing product launches and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Teamwork) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyze data for process optimization and decision-making.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
