Job Title: Call Center Representative (Social Media)

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Call Center Representative to join our team at MCAS Software House.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries from all mediums, including UAN and social media platforms, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customers' needs and provide solutions or alternatives to resolve their issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by being friendly, approachable, and proactive in resolving their queries.
  • Generate warranty claims when necessary and record details in a call log sheet after each call.
  • Maintain awareness of service rates and applicable charges to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • Pleasant and friendly communication style.
  • Strong typing and word processing skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to react effectively in emergency situations.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptable and accountable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
