Zameen.com seeks a strategic Business Operations Analyst based in Lahore. This role drives business efficiency and growth by identifying synergies across various functions and developing strategic plans.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strategic Plans to Improve Business Efficiency.
  2. Identify & Create Sustainable Synergies Across Various Business Functions.
  3. Discover New Business Areas & Deploy Strategic Initiatives for Growth.
  4. Collaborate with Senior Management to Recommend Strategies & Business Plans on Sales, Marketing, Product, and Key Cross-Functional Initiatives.
  5. Develop/Update Process Documentation, Work Instructions, and Tools to Support Execution.
  6. Create an Analytics Platform & Develop Capability within Cross-Functional Teams to Optimize Resource Allocation, Tracking, and Monitoring of KPIs.
  7. Maintain Excellent Relationships and Communication with Cross-Functional Stakeholders to Inform and Enable Improvements in Business Delivery Quality.
  8. Create Workflow Templates to Streamline Processes and Increase Efficiency.
  9. Conduct Gap Analysis of Current SOP's/SLAs on an Ongoing Basis, Drafting and Rolling Out Relevant Policies.
  10. Analyze Data to Determine Impact Levels and Use Outcomes to Prioritize Projects.
  11. Cross-Functionally Collaborate on Process Evaluation and Improvements.
  12. Lead and Coordinate Quality, Efficiency Projects and Activities to Ensure Continuous Best Practices.

Requirements
