Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving client acquisition and expanding our market presence.

You will be responsible for managing client outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining client relationships, and representing Improdata in client meetings. You will also assist in managing and creating content for LinkedIn to build brand awareness and credibility in the data services space.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings
  • Manage and create LinkedIn content to attract and engage prospects
  • Assist with account management and follow-ups for repeat business

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools or CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience or interest in the data, tech, or SaaS industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
