???????????????????????????? is a dynamic and fast-growing company. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Business Developer with expertise in Upwork & LinkedIn to join our remote team.
Responsibilities- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, fostering strong business relationships.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Identify potential clients and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct regular bidding on relevant projects across Upwork categories.
- Maintain a high response rate and win ratio by crafting winning strategies and customized pitches.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients' needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in meeting sales targets.
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
