Position Overview

Increase Rev is hiring a Business Development Officer to drive growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This is a mid-level, full-time, on-site role in Karachi, ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of proven experience in business development or sales. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can manage the full sales cycle fand outreach to closing deals and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential leads into clients through effective communication and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and client discussions.
  • Any other task assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in marketing or advertising).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales monthly targets.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
